After that lawsuit against the PSG filed by Mbappé on May 16 for moral harassment and attempt to extortion and signature, the Paris Prosecutor’s Office had opened on June 24 a judicial procedure against the Parisian club for moral harassment.
With that complaint, the captain of the French national team wanted to report especially to have been the boreal summer of 2023 in the “loft” of the PSG.
This practice, recurring in football clubs, consists in separating the players from the workforce and is already the subject of several investigations in Paris.
In addition to the criminal case, Kylian Mbappé is also in financial dispute with the PSG.
After leaving Real Madrid a year ago, the player claims 55 million euros in unpaid premiums and salaries.
In that case, the player obtained in April the “precautionary” embargo of that sum in the PSG accounts, but that decision was revoked on May 26 by justice. According to a strong close to the case, the 55 million are still under the appeal hearing, whose date is not yet known.
