MIAMI. – Residents of South Florida in search of new professional opportunities have an appointment this Tuesday with more than 60 companies and institutions participating in a job fair organized at the Miami Dade College (MDC) Campus Register.
The event takes place between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm in Building 6 Breezeway of the academic center, located at 627 SW 27th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33135 and brings together representatives of private companies, public organizations and other entities interested in incorporating personnel into their workforces.
Attendees can submit resumes, talk directly with recruiters and learn first-hand about the requirements to apply for positions available in different sectors of the regional economy, from entry-level positions to technical and specialized profiles.
The initiative, promoted by federal congresswoman María Elvira Salazar, seeks to facilitate contact between those seeking to join the labor market and organizations that maintain active hiring processes in South Florida.
According to the call, the event offers participants the possibility of exploring professional alternatives, expanding their network of contacts and obtaining information about training and growth programs within the participating entities.
The activity occurs in a context in which numerous sectors continue to demand specialized labor and talent, especially in areas linked to services, administration, security, logistics, health and customer service.
The organizers recommended coming with several updated copies of the resume and appropriate attire for interviews, with the aim of taking advantage of the opportunities for direct interaction with those responsible for human resources and selection processes.
Admission is free and open to the public, so those who have not yet attended can come during the scheduled hours to learn about available vacancies and explore new professional incorporation options in South Florida.
