Mexico will host the World Cup along with USA and Canadafrom June 11 to July 19. In total, 13 matches of the competition will be held in this country, in Mexico City, Monterrey (north) and Guadalajara (west).
“Our goal is to bring football to the entire national territory: for the balls to roll beyond the fields and become World Cups, tournaments and even cascaritas (informal street matches) in the communities,” he said at a press conference.
