MIAMI.- The Hialeah Police Department (HPD) arrested a 31-year-old man on charges of grand larceny in the third degree, according to Miami-Dade County court documents.
The detainee was identified as Janiel Antonio Candelaria. The capture occurred on August 24 and the case, registered with the number F-26-016860, was formally presented the following day.
Authorities set a surety bond of $2,500. The file indicates that Candelaria was released from prison and currently does not remain in custody.
Judge Ellen Sue Venzer was assigned to the trial. The arraignment is scheduled for October 23, at 9:00 am, at the Richard E. Gerstein Court Building, located at 1351 NW 12 Street, in Miami.
