As part of the festivities at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and Formula 1 race week in South Florida, Abiaka Wood Fire Grill joins renowned chef and television personality Aarón Sánchez to present Abiaka x Aarón Sánchez: Celebrating the Flavors of Mexico.
This special event will take place from Thursday, May 2 to Sunday, May 5, offering a unique culinary experience at the resort.
For four nights, a menu will be offered highlighting the delicious flavors of Mexico with the best local ingredients. Aarón's passion for Gulf seafood will be reflected in every dish. In conversation with DIARIO LAS AMERICAS, Sánchez stressed that “it is going to be very cool to share the magic of Mexican food. We Latinos share the pre-Columbian diet, although with Spanish influence as well. However, Mexican food is very distinctive. “We are presenting a seafood dish with different ceviches and tiraditos and some tamales, with mushrooms like a truffle that is a delight and we will replicate a zarandeado fish with two different marinades carefully made on the grill, and of course enchiladas.”
The Abiaka x Aarón Sánchez experience promises to delight both locals and visitors with a combination of exquisite dishes, craft cocktails and a careful selection of wines.
