Eighth suspect arrested for alleged plot against UFC show at White House

WASHINGTON.- US authorities arrested an eighth suspect in the investigation into the planned attack on the show mixed martial arts (MMA) organized on June 14 at the White House on the occasion of the president’s 80th birthday Donald Trump.

The 21-year-old man, identified as Chandler D. Scaggs and resident in W.V.was arrested “this week” in that eastern state of USAannounced on Thursday Department of Justice

“He had allegedly been designated to be one of the snipers during the planned attack,” a statement said.

The Department of Justice specifies that the eight men detained so far have been indicted jointly in the same case, instructed in Ohio.
