Bella Hadid in Cannes: Provocative red carpet appearance in a nude dress

When the Trump biopic debuted in Cannes, the film caused a stir in the cinema, but before that, Bella Hadid attracted attention.

On Monday evening, the biopic about Trump received a standing ovation at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. On the red carpet before the film screening, however, Bella Hadid (27) stole the spotlight from everyone else present – including her model colleagues Coco Rocha (35), Candice Swanepoel (35) and Winnie Harlow (29). The US model appeared at the first official screening of “The Apprentice” in a transparent sheer bodysuit that revealed intimate parts of her body.

Since Hadid wasn't wearing a bra underneath the knee-length V-neck halter dress, the dress's tan fabric left little to the imagination. While her bottom was still well covered by several layers of fabric, the transparency of the material revealed her bust almost completely.

Bella Hadid paired this daring outfit with shiny brown peep-toe high heels. Her long brown hair fell in elegant waves over her shoulders, while sparkling rings and earrings glittered on her hands and ears. Her make-up was also in simple brown tones to match the dress. A daring, yet stylish appearance for attending a controversial film premiere!

Film about Donald Trump in the race for the Golden Palm

At the premiere in Cannes, “The Apprentice” received a standing ovation from the audience for over eight minutes, according to “Variety”. In the film, Marvel star Sebastian Stan (41) plays the young Donald Trump (77). An official cinema release date for “The Apprentice” has not yet been set. Trump's legal team announced after the premiere that they wanted to take legal action against the film.

“The Apprentice” has the same title as Trump's former reality TV format, in which he was a juror looking for the titular trainee for his real estate company. In addition to Stan, the film also stars “Borat” star Maria Bakalova (27) as Trump's ex-wife Ivana Trump, who died in 2022, and “Succession” star Jeremy Strong (45) as Trump's lawyer Roy Cohn.
