MIAMI.- Temperatures in Florida this Monday, December 9, will reach 79 degrees Fahrenheit in the south of the peninsula. Don’t store your coats too far away, though, as the cold will return next Wednesday.
On Monday and Tuesday, Floridians will be able to enjoy warm weather thanks to the influence of a high pressure system. High temperatures will be between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit, the National Weather Service says.
However, a significant change is expected Wednesday night with the arrival of a cold front in the state. By Thursday morning, temperatures will fall into the 50s, gradually rising to reach the 70s during the afternoon.
This front will also bring chances of rain between Wednesday and Thursday.
Heading into the weekend, the thermometer in the Sunshine State will rise again, reaching 60 degrees in the morning and offering milder weather for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
