Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be welcomed by US President Donald Trump in the White House on Monday. Netanyahu will advise Trump about the new US tariffs, the efforts to release the Israeli hostages in the Gaza Strip and the threat by Iran, announced the Israeli head of government.
Trump had imposed tariffs of 17 percent on imports from Israel, although the country is a close ally. Another important topic of the meeting should be the negotiations on a new ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the release of the hostages remaining in the violence of the radical Islamic Palestinian organization.
