Trump's defense attorney calls a witness who the judge almost throws out

Robert Costello was supposed to be a witness for the defense to incriminate Michael Cohen and exonerate Donald Trump. But then Costello complained about the judge. He cleared the courtroom and took on the witness.

When Robert Costello first rants against the judge, it almost goes unnoticed. The prosecution has just raised an objection, asking the witness not to answer. When the representatives of the prosecution and defense go to the judge's desk for a short conversation, Costello says: “Ridiculous.”

Then Emil Bove, Donald Trump's defense attorney, asks a question: “What do you remember …” The prosecution intervenes again. Judge Juan Merchan grants this. “Jeez,” says Costello. That means something like: Oh my God.
