Trump: Swift is accused of supporting Harris "a price" pay on the music market

After the TV duel against his Democratic opponent Kamala Harris, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump went on the attack. On Wednesday, Trump accused the right-wing channel Fox News of having manipulated the television duel. In addition, US singer Taylor Swift will pay a “price” for her support for Harris, he added.

“It was a set-up, just as I suspected,” Trump said on Fox News about the TV debate broadcast on ABC on Tuesday evening. He pointed out that in his case “everything” had been corrected by the moderators – but not with Harris.

To singer Swift, who announced her support for Harris shortly after the debate, Trump said he was “not a fan” of the superstar. She is “a very liberal person” and “always seems to support a Democrat.” She will “probably pay a price” for this on the music market.

In the aggressive TV duel, Harris pushed her Republican opponent Trump onto the defensive. Harris repeatedly elicited angry responses from the former president during the 90-minute debate on topics ranging from abortion to foreign policy.

The presidential election will take place on November 5th. So far, Harris and Trump are neck and neck in the polls.
