The government of US President Donald Trump wants to prohibit the Harvard University in order to accept foreign students. The elite university near Boston had lost this “privilege”, Minister of Homeland Protection Minister Kristi Noem wrote to the university on Thursday. Among other things, she justified this with the “refusal” of Harvard to create a safe environment for Jewish students and with the equality guidelines of the university.
The Elite University withdrawn the right to accept students through the Sevi’s exchange program, which is managed by the Ministry of Heimatschutz. Every fourth student comes from abroad in Harvard. The background is a dispute between Trump and the Elite University. He described her as an “anti-Semitic, left-wing extremist institution” and accused her of tolerated pro-Palestinian protests on the campus.
