Miami.- The influencer Marianne Gonzaga, responsible for stabbing model Valentina Gilabert was released after five months held in the specialized center for adolescent women. The information was announced by the journalist Carlos Jiménez, through his X account, and subsequently confirmed by the victim.
“The prosecution of Mexico City imprisoned her, she spent 5 months prey. Today she left the prison in which she was,” he wrote on July 23.
Jiménez reported that during an audience, the judge that he carried the cause considered that the Prosecutor’s Office had no more arguments to keep it prey.
The Herald of Mexico said that the 17 -year -old influencer was declared guilty for the crime of qualified injuries that endanger life, established in article 222 of the Criminal Code of Mexico City. For being a minor, the case could not be processed as a homicide attempt.

On Instagram, Valentina Gilabert shared a video confirming that Gonzaga had been released, after the Lawyers and relatives of both held meetings to reach an agreement.
“Yes, the news that has just left. In between my lawyers, Marianne’s lawyers, my family and her family, we reached an agreement in which a minor conviction was going to be granted and the judge was going to decide if it was going to be in internment or in custoded freedom.”
“Mariane will be free under certain specific measures …” he added.
In this regard, Valentina said that the influencer apologized to her personally and forgave her.
“Everyone deserves a second chance in life, and I am nobody to deprive people of their freedom. So, if she believes she is able to comply with all the necessary rules, and comply with all measures, it’s fine.”
Finally, he pointed out that each one would continue with his life without having communication.
“We conclude that there are no problems between us, among our families or legally already. Everyone is going to live their lives on the other hand, one away from the other. To continue with life, this was going to happen eventually. It was the agreement to which it was reached and what the judge determined.”

Valentina was attacked with a white weapon on February 5 in Pedregal Park, in the Mayor’s Office Álvaro Obregón of Mexico City, by the influencer Marianne Gonzaga. He received 14 stabs.

The lawyer Ayrton Marín, defender of the victim, said that although the aggression was surprising, Gonzaga had already sent threats to Giralbert.
After the attack, the young woman was held at the South Medical Hospital where she was in an induced and subsequently tralalada coma to the Intermediate Therapy Unit until she was discharged.
