“I think I’m going to have to return to the topic of what it means to be a true journalist. I’m very concerned about misinformation, the fact that now everyone wants to write and speak in a news medium, but we have to return to the news and the truth,” he said. Sofia Lachapelle to DIARIO LAS AMERICAS.
Likewise, he advanced some of the content of the interview he offered. Furthermore, he remembered that being fashionista It’s not your thing, but as long as it’s purposeful it’s worth it.
“I said something here that is what I would like people, when they read the magazine, to take away. And that is that holding a microphone, what it gives you is a power to convey information, but that it is true. I want to thank the magazine. You know that I am not very flirtatious, being in a magazine does not attract my attention, but I do it for the content of what you are going to read. There I do not talk about what clothes, or what shoe or what purse. I think that You will remember that I used to do red carpets for a cause. For many years I have stepped on the famous carpets and when they asked me which designer my dress was from, I always said that I dress for autism, because the legacy we have to leave must have weight. Although I respect beauty, modeling and I think I still can,” emphasized the Emmy-winning journalist.
