The Chinese fast fashion giant Shein sued its rival Temu on Tuesday in the United States by copy their designsprecisely the same thing that well-known brands accuse him of, and requested that a jury trial be held to determine compensation for damages.

Apart from that, he accuses his rival of “theft of secrets” by an employeewhich allowed it to identify the best-selling products on the Shein platform along with internal pricing information.
