MADRID.- He real Madrid announced on Wednesday the official departure of Lucas Vázquez, who ended his career as a white team in the Club World Cupafter ten seasons in the first team.
The Merengue club revealed that the player, who has won 23 titles and disputed 402 meetings, will have a tribute on Thursday in an act of farewell in the sports city of Valdebebas, on the outskirts of the Spanish capital.
The midfielder, converted on the side, landed in the institution in 2007, with 16 years, and played in the lower categories, from Juvenile C to Castilla.
Then he was ceded by a course to Espanyol. The Galician debuted in the official match with the first Real Madrid team in September 2015.

At the same time, Vázquez spread a farewell video on his social networks, where his images are seen as a white player while traveling through the club.
“Dear Real Madrid, almost two decades have passed since I arrived in Valdebebas with 16 years. Full of dreams and illusion for dressing this shirt. Each step was a gift and over time, Madrid became my house. We have lived unforgettable nights, 23 titles and moments that will always be recorded in my memory,” Vázquez began.
“After more than 400 games, I have to say goodbye to the club of my life, but I am calm, with the certainty of having given everything. I have always been aware of the responsibility and the privilege of defending this shield,” he continued.
