Real Madrid figure asks that “the presumption of innocence” be respected after scandal

Claims to have a limited participation

“The judicial order, as far as my person is concerned, limits its content to the eventual momentary visualization of some images by a third party, without attributing any participation in their recording or in dissemination,” said Asencio.

“The imputation formulated against me, as expressly indicated by the judicial resolution itself, has a strictly provisional character. Therefore, the presumption of innocence must continue prevailing. In the event that charges are finally made and oral trial, I will continue to exercise my defense before the courts and courts, in which I maintain full confidence, reaffirming my alienity to any criminal conduct,” he continued.
