The objective, legal and true reality is that Venezuela today has a constitutional president who is Edmundo González Urrutia, who won the election and that publicly assumed the obligation to designate the leader of the libertarian deed and the electoral triumph María Corina Machado The inexplicable thing is that González Urrutia has not assumed, swearing and immediately proceeding to form a government with the driver who led him to this position.
Until January 9, 2025, one day before January 10, the oath of the elected president of Venezuela Edmundo González Urrutia, the triumphant opposition had the initiative and had successively and resounding to Nicolás Maduro, his dictatorship and socialism of the socialism of the socialism of the 21st century. González publicized that he would assume the presidency in Venezuela, but the dictatorship prevented him with state terrorism actions to perpetrate the usurpation of popular sovereignty and make Venezuela a country occupied by a criminal/military group.
To fulfill the popular mandate González was and is obliged to swear as a constitutional president assuming the sovereign representation of Venezuela. Not having done it so far is leaving the space and initiative to the usurpation that advances in supplanting the representation of Venezuela before governments and international entities, while González visits democratic countries. But in addition, the oath of the Executive Vice President of Venezuela is preventing article 238 of the Constitution.
It is unknown to anyone – but it is worth remembering – that González is the formal replacement of María Corina Machado because she was unfair and illegally disabled by the dictatorship. Machado with his credibility and leadership managed to endorse most of his popular support for González to receive more than 67% of the votes in the election. Without the disqualification of Machado by the regime she would have been the elected president, and without the conversion of González in the candidate postulated by Machado he would never have obtained the electoral triumph.
The goal was and is to withdraw the dictatorship. If someone has more than fulfilled is the Venezuelan people with Machado, who with “blood, sweat and tears” have challenged and defeated state terrorism, crimes against humanity and suffers the criminal/military occupation of their country.
The constitutional president and vice president of Venezuela are González and Machado, but cannot continue without initiative while the criminal/military organization consolidates their occupation and usurps the international representation … if the road is not that the president -elect jure as constitutional president and designates vice president Executive, what is the solution? What is the way to collect the triumph of the people and free it? The perpetuation of infamy!
That is why the legal and political route – while it is not presented and executes an alternative better – is that Edmundo Gonzales Urrutia assumes by oath as a constitutional president of Venezuela and immediately designates as executive vice president of Venezuela to María Corina Machado. There is no formal pretext that prevents it, neither the place, nor the concept of territory, nor the date, nor who takes an oath, because simply the background of the sovereign mandate is not conditioned to the forms that manipulates the socialism of the 21st century in which He has brought to the victorious leadership.
If María Corina Machado must leave Venezuela so that González jurce and assume as a constitutional president and she jurs as an executive vice president of Venezuela, she must do so, because she can then return to her country – even in hiding – as vice president, with greater authority, credibility popular and impact against usurpers.
Immobility is not an option, the repetition of arguments of the electoral campaign already won is not an option, expecting the international community or some foreign government to solve the matter is not an option, “failure is not an option.” You have to fulfill the mandate of the Venezuelan people who voted for González because Machado asked them. It is time for the constitutional president and vice president of Venezuela to fulfill the mandate of the people assuming the power they have conferred.
