Lando Norris won the Dutch Grand Prix this Sunday and achieved his second consecutive victory of the season, after having won the Hungarian GP on July 23, just before the summer break.
The McLaren driver thus becomes the only non-Mercedes driver with more than one victory in the current season.
Kimi Antonelli, championship leader, crossed the finish line in second position, while his Mercedes teammate, George Russell, completed the podium after narrowly beating Lewis Hamilton, fourth for Ferrari. Charles Leclerc finished fifth and the other McLaren, Oscar Piastri, finished sixth.
The Grand Prix had a shock from the first lap, when the Dutchman Max Verstappen suffered an accident. The four-time world champion aspired to win his home race for the fourth time and catch up with Jim Clark as the driver with the most wins at Zandvoort, in the last edition of the circuit on the Formula 1 calendar.

Liam Lawson, who replaced the injured Isack Hadjar at Red Bull, finished seventh and scored important points for the team.
Audi also placed Nico Hülkenberg in the points, in eighth position. Fernando Alonso finished ninth and gave Aston Martin its second finish in the points zone of the season, after the improvements introduced by the team after the summer break. Pierre Gasly completed the top 10 with Alpine.
Aston Martin remains tenth in the Constructors’ Championship with three points, only ahead of Cadillac.
Formula 1 will continue on September 6 with the Italian Grand Prix in Monza.
