Jorge Tuto Quiroga denounces Sabotage of the Maduro regime against the Bolivian soccer team

La Paz – The former president and presidential candidate of Bolivia, Jorge “Tuto” Quiroga, spoke this Saturday against the regime of Nicolás Maduroafter the Venezuelan airport authorities prevented the departure of the Bolivian soccer team from the Maturín airport, after the qualifiers match played against Venezuela.

Quiroga described the fact as a “kidnapping and sabotage” to the national team, which had to return to its concentration hotel in the early hours of the early morning, before the refusal of the authorities to allow the take -off of the charter flight that would take them back to Bolivia.

“The Maduro tyrant kidnaps our soccer team in Venezuela. This sabotage seeks to harm us in our next game”said the ex -president in his official account, also pointing out that this action responds to political interests that transcend the sports.

“The silence of the ruling”

Quiroga also urged figures of the Bolivian ruling, that they are not silent at the abuse of the Chavista regime, “Andronón, Evo, Arce: defend Bolivia and repudiate their boss Maduro, who stole the presidency there and now wants to steal the classification,” he added.

The Bolivian team planned to return to La Paz on Friday night, but was informed at the airport that could not fly, despite having all the permits, according to the Bolivian Football Federation. The measure, without clear justification, hinders the preparation of the team for next Tuesday against Chile.
