VANCOUVER.- The president of the Palestinian Football Federation, Jibril Rajoubrefused to participate in a photo session with the Israeli soccer leader, Basim Sheikh Sulimanin a tense incident that occurred at the end of the FIFA Congress this Thursday in Vancouver.
