To celebrate Christmas, Mirabella Coastal Italian by Michael White will offer a special chef-crafted three-course dinner for $85 per person, with an optional wine pairing, in addition to the a la carte menu.
The menu will be available on both Christmas Eve from 6 pm to 10 pm and Christmas Day from 4 pm to 9 pm, and includes chef Michael White’s famous Crudo Misto with bluefin tuna, king salmon and hamachi, grilled hiramasa with panzanella of boletus, maitake and bone marrow, and a classic Italian dessert: gianduja budino with amaretto sabayon, olive oil and hazelnuts.

The Fires by Francis Mallmann
Located at Faena Miami Beach, Los Fuegos, from award-winning Argentine griller Francis Mallmann, offers customers a modern take on traditional barbecue.
With an open-fire kitchen, a focus on locally sourced ingredients, and the expert touch of the gaucho, this dining destination serves delicious dishes amidst a lively atmosphere. For Christmas, Los Fuegos will offer delicious a la carte dishes, such as a bluefin tuna Crudo served with beetroot, fresh black truffle, beet chutney, roasted garlic aioli, shallot vinaigrette and chervil oil; “Grilled” Branzino with brown butter and lemon sauce, celery root and Swiss chard, beet and carrot puree; wood-fired grass-fed Argentine tenderloin ($85) with potato aligot, glazed shallots and truffled beef jus; and a yule log to share with candied berries and forest chocolate bark.
