Miami – The former vice president and former ambassador of Colombia In the United States, Francisco Santos Calderón, spoke on Friday against Diosdado Cabellokey figure of Chavismo, after the arbitrary detention of the leader opponent Venezuelan Juan Pablo Guanipa, which occurred a few hours after the legislative and regional elections in Venezuela are held.
Through his account in the social network X, Santos questioned the actions of the high position of the Venezuelan regime: “And now you get chest, Diosdado, because the thugs arrested a fighter for freedom like Juan Pablo Guanipa. You take chest after you were bare when they took you five from the Argentine Embassy” -In Caracas-.
Santos refers to the complex operation that made possible the departure of Magalli Meda, Claudia Macero, Pedro Urruchurtu, Humberto Villalobos and Omar González, who remained in precarious conditions within the Argentine diplomatic headquarters: without electricity, with limited access to food, medicines and drinking water for more than a year. The diplomatic maneuver, described as a “surgical operation”, also allowed the shelter of Corina Parisca, mother of María Corina Machado.
In his message, the former Diplomatic warned that “the dictatorship is about to fall” and expressed his desire to see Cabello pay for “crimes as gangster, as a drug trafficker, as a terrorist.” He affirmed that each violation of human rights and each drug burden sent to the United States will have consequences.
Guanipa, nearby collaborator of María Corina Machado, was arrested early Friday in Caracas, in an operation confirmed by hair itself, who pointed it out as “one of the heads of this terrorist network.”
