UEFA said the proven charge is for “racist behaviour” after images of fan misconduct at the Parc des Princes on April 10 circulated.
UEFA also postponed the ban on selling tickets to Barcelona fans for an away game in the Champions League next season for a one-year trial period.
Barça will also have to compensate PSG for fans' damage to the seats and pay additional fines of €7,000 ($7,500).
Barcelona won the first leg of the quarterfinals in Paris 3-2, but was eliminated on Thursday after losing 4-1 at home.
