adidas revolutionizes the 2026 World Cup: presents 26 away jerseys for national teams, including Venezuela

The German brand adidas has officially launched its collection of away shirts for national teams ahead of the World Cup 2026in a bet that mixes football, culture and fashion like never before.

In total, there are 26 new kits for federations sponsored by the brand, including both teams qualified for the tournament and others that will not be in the World Cup event, such as the Venezuelan National Team.

An iconic return: the classic adidas logo returns

One of the great protagonists of this collection is the return of the historic Trefoil logo, which has not appeared on World Cup shirts for 36 years.

This detail is no coincidence: adidas is committed to a retro aesthetic inspired by the 90s, but adapted to modern football and current streetwear.

Designs with cultural identity

Each t-shirt has its own narrative based on the identity of each country:

Selection of Spain: design inspired by manuscripts and classic literature.

Argentina selection: floral patterns with retro nods.

Japan national team: multi-color graphics that represent unity.

Selection of Mexico: architectural and cultural elements.

The objective is clear: to turn each shirt into a piece that transcends the field and connects with the country’s culture.

Not only for the World Cup: Venezuela also enters the scene

Although not all teams will be in the 2026 World Cup, adidas has included several federations outside the event, such as Venezuela, within this global collection.

This reinforces the brand’s strategy of positioning t-shirts as global products, beyond the competition.

More than football: fashion and business

The collection is now available in official stores and platforms, consolidating a clear trend:

National team t-shirts are no longer just sports clothing, but also objects of fashion and urban culture.

In addition, adidas will bet on premium versions, including long-sleeved t-shirts for elite teams such as Spain, Mexico or Germany.

The biggest… and most stylized World Cup

With the 2026 World Cup to be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada, this collection arrives as part of the show prior to the largest tournament in history.

The message is strong:

Soccer is no longer only played on the field… it is also dressed.
