Mbappé exercises in Madrid outside the team while accelerating his recovery

Kylian Mbappé continues to make progress in his recovery from the knee injury he suffered with the French team and this Monday he held an individual session at Real Madrid City.

The Real Madrid forward worked separately from the rest of his teammates, both inside the facilities and on the pitch, where he performed exercises with and without the ball, according to the club.

The white team accompanied its statement with images of Mbappé working on the pitch, a positive sign for his possible return to the competition.

The French attacker suffered a hyperextension of his left knee on September 26 during the Nations League match against Türkiye. Mbappé scored the goal that gave France the victory in that match.

Real Madrid is confident that the player can be available for the next LaLiga match, against Villarreal, corresponding to matchday eight and scheduled for this Saturday, when the Spanish championship resumes after the international break.

Mbappé’s evolution over the next few days will be decisive in knowing if he can finally return against the Castellón team.
