WASHINGTON.- The president of USA, donald trumpstated this Thursday that Iran should not participate in the next World football in North America for “their own safety”, in the middle of a war in Middle East.

“Iran’s national soccer team is welcome to the World Cup, but I really don’t think it’s appropriate for them to be there, for their own life and safety,” the president said on his Truth Social platform.

In December, Infantino created a FIFA peace prize and awarded it to Trump, with whom he has a close relationship.
